Where is my order?

We’re sure your doggo can’t wait to get their WAG! You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Once dispatched, you can also find your tracking number in your emails and track your order via AusPost here.


Where do you ship from?

WAG is packs and sends orders out from Melbourne, Australia. You can feel great knowing that your order has come straight from us – it’s as fresh as it gets!


What service do you use?

We use Australia Post for all our orders. We can get your parcel delivered straight to your front door or to your PO box. If you have a specific delivery requirement, let us know so we can pass it onto AusPost. Please be aware that we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered in accordance with requirements, but once it is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery process is out of our control.


How much does shipping cost?

Good news! Shipping is free on all retail WAG orders across Australia! For wholesale shipping costs, check out our wholesale page.


How long will it take for my order to arrive after it is dispatched?

WAG operates 8:30am - 4:30pm (EST) Monday - Friday in Melbourne Australia. Generally, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can keep an eye on your treats.

  • VIC, NSW, ACT: 1-2 business days
  • TAS, SA: 2-3 business days
  • QLD: 3-4 business days
  • WA, NT: 4-6 business days

During sale events, promotions or public holidays there may be a delay on your order being shipped out.


Do I need to be there in person to receive my delivery?

At checkout, you have the opportunity to have your parcel as authority to leave. Any delivery requirements you have for your parcel (including signature on delivery), please make sure to make note at checkout.


Do you send overseas?

While we want to treat doggos far and wide to the 100% natural Aussie taste, we’ll need to arrange a custom overseas order to do so. Contact us here your request and we’ll send you a quote.
