At WAG we are pure of heart, intention and treat. We want the best for all dogs. Pure and simple. We are dedicated to giving you and your dog the best, so if something’s wrong, we want to make sure you bark up as it’s important to us to follow up any issues with our treats. Please note that with all returns and refunds, each issue will be taken on case by case and the outcome is ultimately at WAG’s discretion.

When placing orders on our store, please order your items carefully and feel free to ask for our advice prior to making a purchase.

WAG will not offer refunds or credits purchased outside of the below issues. If you are unsure of how to treat your dog with our products, please refer to the FAQs page or get in touch with us here.

 

Change of Mind/Exchange

 

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind once your order has been received and opened. This is because our products are edible items and cannot be returned due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully and double check your order before placing it.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us here to see if it is possible to do so. Please note that WAG is based in Melbourne, Australia so there may be some delay in responding due to timezones.

 

Incorrect Items Received

 

In the rare occasion, if you have received the incorrect item, we are terribly sorry! Please get in touch with us here so we can make it right and dispatch your correct items immediately. We will take each occasion case by case and will determine what to do with the goods you have received.

 

Treats Received Are Faulty

Bugs or Mould on Products

We are dedicated to giving you and your dogs the best, that’s why we rigorously check all treats in storage and during the packing process.

As they are natural products and dried naturally they can attract more moisture if they are stored incorrectly and are more susceptible to these rare issues. We can assure you that they left the WAG warehouse in perfect condition. Remember that our treats are best stored in a dry, cool place.

So that we can do our very best to help you, get in contact with us here and send us some photos of your treats. We can assess these and confirm any issues with your products.

Colour of Jerky/Treat

 

As our products are single ingredient and 100% natural; like every animal, every piece will have its own unique colour and shape – that’s why we love it!

We use the best meat sourced locally from the best butchers, however if you’re still concerned please get in contact with us here and send us some photos of your treats. We can assess these and confirm any issues with your products.

We are dedicated to giving you and your dog the best, so if we see something’s wrong we can offer you a replacement, refund or store credit.

 

Treat is Smaller than Advertised

 

As our products are single ingredient and 100% natural, like every animal, every treat has its own unique – that’s why we love it!

Our Kangaroo Bones are determined by type. Goat Horns and Antler sizes are determined by weight. That’s why these treats in particular can be different weird and wonderful shapes. All of these treats are grain-free, pure and a whole lot of yum for your dog.

Treat is Not Long Lasting

 

WAG is dedicated to giving you and your dog the best and we source only the best quality meat to make sure your chews are long lasting and bust boredom!

While we do have guidelines on our store and on each product page to recommend the right size chew for your dog, some doggies are stronger chewers than others and we suggest sizing up next time to give your dog some extra bite in their treat.

With all issues, please get in contact with us here and send us some photos of your treats. We can assess these and confirm any issues with your products.

If all is fine with your treat, we’ll let you know to size up otherwise we can offer you a replacement, refund or store credit.

 

My Dog Doesn’t Like Treats

 

We’re very sorry you weren’t happy with your treats. Most dogs are barking mad for our 100% natural Aussie treats and sometimes they need to get used to the pure, grain-free, additive-free taste!

We find that Beef and Chicken are the most palatable for dogs, so we recommend trying another protein from our wide range of the good stuff. Our free shipping encourages experimentation for your dog to sniff out some new favourites.
