The Good Dog Club Terms & Conditions

1. The Good Dog Club (also referred to as WAG’s Rewards or Loyalty Program) is a customer rewards program (“Program”) managed and conducted by Watch and Grow Food Co. (“WAG” “we” or“our”) for the benefit of its customers (“Customer” or “you”). Terms and conditions are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by WAG in its sole discretion at any time.

2. Opting in to the Program is automatic upon: the creation of a customer account by providing personal information for the WAG database (“Client file”) online via the program sign-up box on getwag.com.au or at the checkout page.

3. For every $1 spent on our website, WAG members will accrue 1 points ('Good Bills'). These points can be used on products on www.getwag.com.au unless otherwise stipulated.

4. Good Bills rewarded for reviews will be reflected in your balance within 2-3 business days.

5. This rewards program only pertains to WAG’s website and is not affiliated with any other program offered by other brands or retailers, even if WAG products are retailed by those brands or retailers.

6. Once 150 points are accrued, this amount can be redeemed into $15 off for a future order.

7. Members will periodically receive emails from system@getwag.com.au notifying them of their rewards points balance.

8. Customers must be a WAG online member to qualify to earn rewards points.

9. WAG Rewards Program is not open to WAG Online Wholesale Accounts.

10. Members must have an Australian business/residential address.

11. For a referral purchase to be valid, orders ('Friend' and 'Reward') must be to the purchase value of $60.00 AUD or more. 

12. Membership cannot be held jointly and is only available to individuals.

13. Associations, corporations, partnerships or other body organisations cannot be members.

14. .WAG may refuse any application for membership in its sole and absolute discretion.

15. WAG Rewards Points expire after 365 days from point of generation, and can be redeemed at any time within that year online on www.getwag.com.au on any products unless stated otherwise.

16. WAG Rewards Points may be redeemed by the member immediately after they are earned. Coupon code values limited to defined denominations. Limit of one coupon code redemption per purchase. 

17. WAG Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

18. WAG Rewards Points are not redeemable for returned products.

19. WAG Reward Points used on returned or refunded products are not redeemable.

20. WAG has rights to make changes to program at anytime without noticing customers.
